Jaga Badan
Tahun 2008 bermakna umur kita semua dah 32. Kalau ikut asia punya standard, umur macam kita ni, badan dah hancuss. Perut dah naik, sometimes mengalahkan perut pompuan mengadong. Stamina dah tak de. Kalau ada pun cukup untuk perform waktu malam je. Itu pun tak bole selalu hehehehe.
Sebenarnya, tak bermakna umur meningkat badan kita pun meningkat jugak. Muscle ni ikut seniority. Lagi senior muscle, lagi padat dan matured. Tu sebab kalau kita tengok bodybuilder, kebanyakkan yang menang semua dah senior.
Untuk menjaga badan tak semestinya kita kena pegi gym. Yang paling penting adalah menjaga pemakanan. Time dan quantity makanan yang masuk ke dalam perut hendaklah dijaga. Untuk permulaan, cuba jangan makan makanan berkaborhidrat selepas pukul 7 petang. Cuba makan ikan atau ayam panggang atau rebus untuk makan malam. sayur dan buah digalakkan. Buah yang baik adalah epal hijau. Minum air masak sebanyak yang mungkin sepanjang hari. Insyaallah akan berhasil.

Aku cadang buat ruangan khas utk Cohong... kita letak nama BERSAMA ABANG COHONG (instead of BERSAMA ABANG JEM di SinarFM).

Peeerrrgghhh... makan 5-7 kali sehari pun bule turun berat badan ke? Itu time ngko tengah diet? Aku makan nasi 2 kali sehari je, tp setiap kali tu tambah 2-3 pinggan plak, kekekeke!

Sebenarnya tidak. Apa yang aku tulis tu adalah permulaan sahaja. Kalau nak yang betul-betul, makan 5 kali sehari. Small meal everytime. Mesti lengkap dengan protein, carb, vit plus water. dengan cara tu, metabolisma badan akan naik dan lemak dan lebihan makanan akan dibakar habis oleh badan. Hasilnya badan lebih lean. Berat badan juga akan turun.
Kalau time aku diet, aku makan 7 kali sehari. Bulan pertama je aku bole turun sampai 5 kg.

Adussss... terasa siut! Ada 1 soalan dr aku untuk ngko Cohong, bukan ke dgn cara pemakanan camtu memang laa badan buleh fit tp berat badan kita akan naik dan/atau susah nak turun? Kalau kira BMI mesti tak sesuai berat badan & saiz...
